Meet Our Founder

Erin Taylor Nevitt

Hi, I’m Erin Taylor Nevitt, owner of Green Leaf Senior Living & Memory Care. With more than 30 years in nursing and 18 years devoted specifically to senior care, my heart has always been with older adults. I began caregiving at a young age, working in a local nursing home while still in high school, and that early connection shaped my lifelong commitment to honoring seniors’ stories, dignity, and well-being.

As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist, I bring deep clinical insight to every resident’s care while remaining focused on what matters most—safety, comfort, and genuine human connection. Green Leaf was created so seniors would feel truly seen, respected, and cared for in a small, supportive home.

Green Leaf Senior Living & Memory Care is a great fit for individuals who need support with daily activities—such as bathing, dressing, medication, or mobility—and who benefit from a calm environment with close supervision.

Many families choose Green Leaf Senior Living & Memory Care because their loved one prefers the peacefulness and intimacy of a mid-sized home over the busy, social atmosphere of a large facility.

We may not be the right fit for individuals at high risk of elopement, who are violent or overly aggressive, or who require a two-person assist for most daily tasks. However, families are always welcome to hire a private aide for added support.
